Federally qualified subsistence users who live within the Chistochina Census Designated Place or CDP may participate in AITRC's Community Harvest System for moose within GMU 11, 12, & 13 on BLM federal public lands designated for federal subsistence, Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve and Tetlin Refuge lands and for Nelchina Caribou in GMU 13 and portions of GMU 12. These participants must abide by the NPS rules for access within the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve
